Spicy Brine Blend
A sweet and smoky brine blend that will flavor your summer grilling and holiday meats (beef, poultry and pork) all the way to the bone! One bag will season up to two 9lb batches of meat or up to one 18lb turkey.
Instructions: Boil brine on medium for about 15 minutes or until all salts and sugar is dissolved. Let cool at room temp for up to two hours before adding meat. Refrigerate overnight or for 6-8 hours. Remove meat from solution and cook.
