Lady And The Pepper™️ -  Tri-Color Coleslaw Recipe 

Serves 5-10

Ingredients:  
1 small red cabbage head  
1 small green cabbage head 
1 handful of fresh cilantro 
1/4 of red onion 
2 whole carrots 
1-2 teaspoons of kosher or sea salt 
1-2 teaspoons of ground cracked black pepper 
1-2 fresh jalapeños 
2-3 pinches of celery seed 
3-4 mixing spoonfuls of real Duke’s mayo or your preferred brand 
1-2 squeezes of fresh lemon juice  

Directions:
Mix until everything is well mixed and coated and serve or cover and refrigerate overnight.

Lady And The Pepper™️ - Spicy Ancho Seasoned Taco Dip Recipe 

(makes approx one party sized bowl serving)


Ingredients 
One 48oz/(3lb) contatiner of sour cream 
6 table spoons of my "Spicy Ancho Seasoning” 
1 bunch of fresh scallion onions 
1 small can of sliced black olives 
3/4 cup of shredded mexican blend chesse 


Directions:
Let sourcream become room temp and fold in the 6 tablespoons of "Spicy Ancho Seasoning" into the sourcream with a spatula. Blend well. Place blended sourcream into a party sized bowl, spread evenly and clean the edges. Sprinkle the cup of cheese over the surface evenly. Spread out some black olives over the surface for decoration. Cut up the green portion of your scallion bunch into slim circles to sprinkle over the top. 

Chill for 5-6 hours
